PURPOSE:To select the range of a change in the resonance frequency with respect to a control voltage by selecting the sum of the lengths of a 1st microstrip line and a 2nd microstrip line connected to a varactor diode as a length of an integral number of multiple of nearly 1/2 wavelength with respect to the operating frequency. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric resonator 10 is placed near the 1st microstrip line 1 to apply magnetic coupling and the sum of the 1st microstrip line and the 2nd microstrip line is selected to nearly an integral number of multiple of 1/2 wavelength of the operating frequency. Since the resonator is in resonance in the operating frequency and the change in the impedance with respect to a control voltage is larger, the variable range in the resonance frequency with respect to the control voltage is increased in terms of the entire resonance frequency together with the dielectric resonator.
