摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance to alkali of furnace wall by blending refractory aggregate with liquid phenol resin and/or furan resin and metal fiber. CONSTITUTION:100 pts. wt. refractory aggregate is blended with 5-80 pts.wt. liquid phenol resin and/or furan resin and 0.1-10 pts. wt. metal fiber. As the refractory aggregate, one or two or more kind or materials selected from alumi na, alumina-silica, magnesia, spinel are main materials and as necessary one or two or more kind of materials selected from silicon carbide, silicon nitride, chromium mineral, clay, zirconia, silica, chromium oxide are combined therewith at proper amounts. As the metal fiber, stainless steel is most preferably used and iron, carbon steel, Cr-Mo steel, Al, Al alloy, Cu alloy, etc., can be also used.
