'WARIBASHI' (DISPOSABLE WOODEN CHOPSTICKS) TRANSFERRER IN PACKER THEREOF

PURPOSE: To make lots of a pair of 'WARIBASHI' (disposable wooden chocksticks) transferrable after being aligned by forming a 'waribashi' passage in space between two rollers interfering with each neighboring part at both ends of the paired chopsticks being slipped off the chute. ;CONSTITUTION: A lot of disposable wooden chopsticks are conveyed in a position each as being generally orthogonalized with the traveling direction, and dropped down along a chute 9 at the terminal of a conveyor 8. Upon this, each pair of these chopsticks dropping off this chute 9 under the deflection position is pushed and jumped up of its end by dint of both first and second rollers 85 and 86 when it arrives at a passing path S. These chopsticks pushed up are altered their positions, after being floated, and dropped down to this passing path S again. Accordingly, these chopsticks to be redropped are made into a horizontal position each, and when both the ends are adjoined to the passing path at the same time, they get into an interval between both these first and second rollers 85 and 86, passing through the passing path S. Repeating these operations, the chopsticks passes through the passing path S only at a time when they are made into the horizontal position. The chopsticks passed through the passing path S are mounted on a conveyor belt 17 in a desired position each in a parallelistic state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
