PURPOSE:To surely convert long test data by writing a series of test data tables in an intermediate file so as to continue the tables corresponding to pin numbers to form plural test data tables sorted in respective pin numbers. CONSTITUTION:The tables arraying time information and signal information for 412 bytes e.g. are formed in the order of respective pin numbers by scanning the data tables only once by a buffer memory writing means 2. Then, an intermediate file is formed from the pins inputting the information of each 512 bytes by the means 2 by means of an intermediate file forming means 3 based upon random access so that respective pin numbers sorted every 512 bytes are continued. Then data tables TP1, TP2,... sorted in respective pin numbers are formed every pin from the intermediate table by following a pointer every pine by means of a final table forming means. Consequently, data conversion can be attained within a short period and comparatively long test data also can be surely converted.
