MOLDED SHOES WITH PRESSED TRIM AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To provide a molded shoe to which a pressed trim having the same feeling as a hand-sewn shoe is fitted and a manufacturing method of the molded shoe with the pressed trim with which this type of molded shoe with the pressed trim can be manufactured efficiently with less processes and with high quality. ;CONSTITUTION: A molded shoe with a pressed trim, in which the pressed trim is integrally bonded to an outer peripheral part of a sole, is manufactured by providing a first process wherein a dummy last mold 1 temporarily fitted with the pressed trim at a position corresponding to the outer peripheral part of the sole, a bottom mold 2, and a side mold 4 are joined together to injection mold an outsole part having the pressed trim, and a second process wherein the bottom mold 2 fitted with this outsole part having the pressed trim, a last mold 3 fitted with an upper 7 having an insole 7a, and the side mold 4 are joined together to injection mold a midsole part of the sole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
