METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPERATING FULL MOTION VIDEO PRESENTATION IN DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To operate a display of an area of interest by storing plural pixels of the area of the area of interest in the area selected among plural frames. ;CONSTITUTION: A display 2ϕϕ is the display of a single frame of a full motion video presentation from a single video source and two areas of interest are the areas 202 and 204. P0 is a video RAM offset for a first pixel in the area 202 and P5000 is the video RAM offset for the final pixel in the area 202. The area 204 is started with the RAM offset 5001 and ended with the video RAM offset P7000. The area 204 of interest is rewound and the previous scene of the area 204 which is already displayed is capable of being watched while continuing to watch the area 202 by a user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
