CUTTING BLADE-CHANGING FINGER CUTTER AND SUBSTITUTING BLADE FOR FINGER CUTTER

PURPOSE: To eliminate the slippage of substituting blades by a method wherein a cutter main body is constituted by laminating a plurality of unit boards, in each of which blade groove is formed at two or more positions and, at the same time, projected parts are provided adjacent in the direction of rotation to the specified blade grooves. ;CONSTITUTION: Blade grooves 2A-2D are formed at the intervals of 90° on the outer peripheral part of each unit board 1. The cutting flank 1e of each of the blade grooves 2A-2C follows to the periphery 1f. At the blade body abutting surface 1b, a projected part 1g, the length of which is half as much as the interval between the blade grooves, is formed so as to support the cutting force applied to the finger part of each substituting blade. The projected part 1g is formed at the blade grooves 2A and 2C, while no projected part is formed at the blade grooves 2B and 2D, because no cutting blade is provided at the blade grooves 2B and 2D. After ten unit boards are laminated to one another under the state that the projected parts 1g of the unit board 1 are staggered by 90°, pins inserted in pin holes 1h so as to compose a set of blade bodies. Accordingly, as the cutting force of a change blade mounted to the blade grooves 2A and 2C is supported by the projected parts 1g, no slippage of the substituting blade occurs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
