CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF RIDGE ROOF TILE FOR RIDGE PART OF ROOF AND FIXING METAL FITTING THEREOF

PURPOSE: To insure stable fixing strength without being influenced by external pressure due to strong wind, generation of earthquake, or the like, and easily perform the construction. ;CONSTITUTION: A fixing metal fitting 10 for a ridge roof tile is constituted of a leg part 10d capable of being fitted and fixed to the ridge purlins 9, 9 of a ridge part 2, a fit-in part 10a to be fitted with core bar 11, and a member of nearly inverted Y-shape in a front view having projecting parts 10c, 10c for supporting the bar 11. The fixing metal fittings 10 are arranged on the upper face of the top of the sheathing roof boards 8, 8 of the ridge part 2 at regular intervals before roofing roof tiles 1 and nailed on the ridge purlins 9, 9, and the bars 11 are fitted to the fit-in parts 10a of the fixing metal fittings 10 so as to install them. Copper wire 6 is fastened to the bar 11, and a ridge roof tile K fixed to kneaded clay 5 and stacked up is bound by means of the copper wire 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
