DEVICE FOR MODELLING OF THE RELIEF IN FAST GEODYNAMIC PROCESSES

The device is applicable in scale physical model simulation of fast movements of the earth surface and the bottoms of water reservoirs and for studying any processes of natural or anthropological character and their sequences such as earth tremors, landslides, rockslides, zunami waves and explosions. The device has a plastic casing (1) having coaxial apertures (2) machined which are perpendicular to its plane and in which vertical pins (3) can rest and can be axially shifted. Spacer bushings (4) are fixed on different places on the pins (3), and the upper ends of the pins (3) are connected to an elastic membrane (5), and their lower ends having electromechanical connection to a driving unit (6) connected electrically to a control unit (7).
