Peptides and synthetic vaccines against canine Parvovirus and other related viruses. Synthetic peptides are described which are able to produce neutralizing antibodies against canine Parvovirus (CPV). These peptides correspond to antigenic sites located in the amino terminal end of the VP2 of CPV which, linked to carrier proteins or other immunogenic complexes, are found to be useful for formulating vaccines against CPV and other related viruses such as the feline panleucopenia virus (FPLV) and the mink enteritis virus (MEV).
