The method is characterized by that, in drawing process of cotton-spinning process, slivers of synthetic fiber and natural fiber are separately provided, the sliver of synthetic fiber being fed by a distributor with a position bar projected in the centre, the sliver of natural fiber being separately fed from side to side and elongated, so that the synthetic fiber forms the centre and the natural fiber forms the surface. Therefore, the span yarn by the fine spinning in this method has less twists than conventional one by 20 to 30%.
