SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in introducing pregnant mare's blood serum into reservoir 1, cooling this serum to temperature of 10 to 12 C, switching on drive 3, setting anchor agitator 2 in rotary motion at rotational speed of 30 to 40 rpm, pressure-feeding ethyl alcohol cooled to point of 10 to 12 C to sprayer 5 from reservoir 7 via pipe 6, spraying ethyl alcohol in the form of aerosol above pregnant mare's blood serum surface at rate of 4 to 5 l/min, diameter of droplets ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 mm and ratio between volumes of sprayed ethyl alcohol and pregnant mare's blood serum being 1.2 : 1 to 1.3 : 1, obtaining pH value of thus prepared mixture of 5.95 to 6.05, standing this mixture during 30 to 40 min to precipitate ballast proteins, feeding mixture to centrifuge 8 via outlet connection of reservoir 1, centrifuging mixture at separation factor of 9000 to 9500 and flow rate of 3 to 4 l/min, delivering centrifugate from reservoir 9 to reservoir 1 to precipitate gonadotropin adding ethyl alcohol to centrifugate in ratio of 1.1 : 1 to 1.15 : 1, and standing mixture for 6 to 8 h to precipitate gonadotropin.
