FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: front and rear portions of fuselage made in form of wing are symmetrical in flying vehicle. Power plant is located inside fuselage. Gas-dynamic control system of boundary layer is provided with device for optimization of flow rate of working medium. Air cushion alighting gear and boundary layer control system are connected with power plant. Mounted on side surfaces of flying vehicle are nozzle units. Description is also given of injection control system or boundary layer suction system, device for fixing the position of flow from the trailing edge and alighting gear. EFFECT: provision is made for motion of vehicle in near-ground mode and free flight mode, take-off from and landing on unprepared airfields, enhanced efficiency of stabilization and control. 21 cl, 10 dwg
