SUBSTANCE: device has current pickups built on transistor optrons, resistors and stabilizer diodes, phase-sensitive unit built on thyristor optrons, variable resistors and integrating circuits, voltage divider, diodes assembly, voltage comparators, logic OR gate and final-control element. Salient feature of invention lies in use of transistor optocouplers in the capacity of current pickup and in couplings with other elements of circuit.
