FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive to handle a platform with a car on it is made in the form of hydraulically driven elevator with three telescopic links. Upper link is hinged to the platform and tray is multi-part. In doing so, each tray part is connected to the platform through pull rods and installed so to be turned about side wall of above ground attached structure. Besides, each part of the tray is kinematically linked to the entrance gate. The gate serves as front wall of the attached structure. The gate enables to be overturned so to be positioned horizontally at the level of upper position of the platform. EFFECT: increased reliability and reduced area. 3 dwg
