The invention relates to a calendered flexible film web based on polyvinyl chloride which is suitable for the production of children's toys. To avoid possible hardening as a consequence of plasticiser extraction by digestive juices, the film web is plasticised essentially by polymer plasticisers and polyurethane and only an extremely small proportion of a monomer plasticiser.
