Indian and writing ink refilling insert for writing implements

The implement contains a shaft, an ink reservoir, and an absorbent application and/or refilling unit. The device further comprises a refilling insert (1) for fitting to an ink container, a retaining part (2) with a housing (21) and a retaining bore (22) for the implement, an ink feed (25), and an aerating part (3) with an aerating duct (32). The retaining bore and aerating duct are spatially separated. The insert axis (23') of the bore in the retainer part, and that (33') of the aerating duct are radially offset. Pref. the horizontal duct axis and/or insert axis are also radically offset w.r.t. to the horizontal centre axis with specified spacing (24,34).
