Device for enabling a picture or any other hung object to be viewed at different angles by rotating it discontinuously through 360 DEG by hand without the need to unhook it. The device is characterised in that it consists of a plate A designed to be attached to the back of the picture, or any other object, to enable it to be rotated without friction, either directly or by means of an intermediate plate B to which it is screwed with a single screw serving as a pivot which will be screwed in turn to a complementary plate C which is already glued to the picture. The device has a top point to which a ring is attached for hanging (a5) and a base for supporting and retaining (a6), the device being attached to the picture by any appropriate means so as to connect the centre of the device to the centre of the picture.
