The subject of the present invention is a portable analysis device for monitoring agri-foodstuffs and biotechnology methods of a medium by biochemiluminescence, comprising an optoelectronic part (1) for analysis and processing of signals collected by a photosensitive sensor (3), receiving light emitted by a biochemiluminescence reaction occurring in a reaction chamber containing a sample of the said medium and characteristic of the desired analysis.
