In order to manufacture joints made of composite material for structures comprising at least two bars, which may or may not be hollow, connected together by at least one hollow joint node, preforms of these various components are produced separately, in the final shapes, but into which the impregnation resin for the assembly of these preforms has not yet been introduced; they are then assembled by the injection-moulding of a thermosetting resin so as to produce the resin die (matrix) for the joint node or for the complete structure at the same time as assembly. The preforms for the joint nodes are obtained by pressing a flat textile complex (10) formed by hot-preformable textile fibres between a cavity (18) of a shaping mould (16) and a countermould (20), cutting and folding over the countermould (20) the overlapping parts (22), and carrying out a preforming heat cycle.
