METHOD FOR KEEPING BOILED RICE WARM AND JAR FOR KEEPING WARMTH

PURPOSE: To provide both a method for keeping warmth of boiled rice, causing neither drying nor change in color of boiled rice even in a long period of keeping warmth after boiling rice, capable of long maintaining boiled rice in a state of immediately after boiling. ;CONSTITUTION: A hollow part 10 is formed between an inner plate 7 constituting an inner cooker 4 and an outer plate 8 and a proper amount of fresh water 12 is poured into the hollow part 10 and housed in a main body 1 of a jar. The inner cooker 4 is covered with cover members 5 and 6, steam obtained from the fresh water 12 is introduced into the interior of the inner cooker 4 by operating a heating source 2 built in the main body 1 of the jar and steam is sent to boiled rice 3 so that a proper amount of moisture is always sent to the boiled rice which is being kept warm to provide both a method for keeping boiled rice warm and a jar for keeping warmth.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
