PURPOSE: To provide a familiar device which checks and trains extremities for the synchronous motions with the visual and auditory senses. CONSTITUTION: The device according to the invention comprises a source 10 for rhythm signals, sources 12, 13 for sounds synchronous with the rhythm signals, a display device 14 which assumes a scene where a person generates sounds by operating a purcussion, etc., and displays simulatedly the assumed conducts in synchronization with the rhythm signals, and models A, B, C, D of purcussion, etc., which are displayed simulatedly. The arrangement further includes a plurality of models which are installed at the front face of a desk 1 supporting the display device and equipped with a means to generate electric signals when fingers of a testee 5 have strucken them and judging means 10, 15 which compare the output signals from an electric signal generating means with the rhythm signals and judge at least the degree of the phase shift.
