LINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF EXISTING TUNNEL AND DRILLING DEVICE FOR LINING

PURPOSE: To improve workability by arranging a drilling device having a cuter on the outer circumference of an existing tunnel, drilling the natural ground outside the tunnel, discharging soil in the tunnel, and filling the rear space drilled by means of the drilling device with injection material so as to line the outside of the tunnel. ;CONSTITUTION: Drilled earth and sand drilled with a cutter 23 are discharged in a tunnel by feeding and discharging mud utilizing the grout hole 32 of the segment 30 of an existing tunnel. Next, for shielding by a shield machine, the rear grip 15 of a rear body 12 is stretched and the front grip 14 of a front body 11 is released, and a shield jack 13 is extended so as to advance the front body 11. Next, the front grip 14 is stretched and the rear grip 15 is released, and then the jack 13 is contracted so as to advance the rear body 12. Further, injection material is injected in the space after advancing the rear body 12, utilizing the grout hole and the like of the existing tunnel so as to form a lining layer 31. Hereby, in the condition of using the existing tunnel, reinforcing repair can be executed, and working efficiency and safety can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
