LUBRICATING FILM MATERIAL, PRODUCTION OF LUBRICATING FILM AND BOLT AND NUT HAVING LUBRICATING FILM APPLIED THERETO

PURPOSE: To provide a bolt and a nut capable of forming a lubricating film good in lubricity up to high temperatures without causing the stickiness with moisture and causing the sticking. ;CONSTITUTION: This lubricating film material is constituted of at least either of potassium tungstate and potassium molybdate and hydrated and solidified calcium sulfate as principal components. The lubricating film is formed by mixing an aqueous solution of at least either of the potassium tungstate and potassium molybdate with a mixture of the calcium sulfate with water and spraying or coating the surface of a material therewith. The sticking of a bolt and a nut is prevented by applying the lubricating film comprising the lubricating film material thereto and tightening both.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
