PURPOSE: To scoop up lumps, grains and powder accumulated in a side ditch to load them, make it possible to carry out a series of works conveying and unloading them to a specific place by one car and, at the same time, to enable a series of works to be executed by one driver without changing a driver's seat according to the circumstances. ;CONSTITUTION: A driver's seat 14 is projected from a lower body 12 to the side to make it possible to slide it to a position covering a side ditch to be provided when an upper body 13 is swiveled.
