SEWING MACHINE CAPABLE OF SEWING CLOTHES BY ONE NEEDLE THREAD WITHOUT USING BOBBIN THREAD

PURPOSE: To provide the machine capable of sewing cloth by one needle thread in order to eliminate a change of bobbin threads and preparation works. ;CONSTITUTION: Sewing thread on the opposite side of a bobbin 7 for needle thread is fixed not to come out, and a seam on the back side is sewn so as to be formed in a chain stitch shape by means 4 and 5 which allow thread at the fixed side to be formed into a ring form at the back sides of cloth, so that sewing is thereby performed by one needle thread. In this case, chemical synthetic fiber thread is used as sewing thread, and the sewing thread is so designed as to be fused on the chain stitch section of each seam by using a laser projection means 6 projecting a laser beam in response to timing required.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
