PURPOSE: To properly inspect a visual cell of a rod system by arranging plural light sources having the respectively different monochromatic light in a light source holding body, and generating the monochromatic light and the white light as the stimulating light for electroretinography in a light source integrated contact lens electrode to be used in an electroretinographic device of an eyeball. CONSTITUTION: Cylindrical recessed parts 8a to 8c are arranged in their slant posture on a rear end surface of a light source holding member 12 so that the respective axes A to C coincide with a convex lens 7, and semiconductor light emitting elements, for example, light emitting diodes 9a to 9c to respectively generate the light of red, green and blue are fitted and fixed to the respective recessed parts 8a to 8c. When an electric current is carried to the light emitting diodes 9a to 9c, the emitted respective monochromatic light pass through a horny coat joining part 1 mixed and diffused by the convex lens 7, and is made incident in an eyeball 13. Since the optical axes A to C are adjustably arranged on a central point P of a rear end surface of the covex lens 7, the whole area of the retina 13' is uniformly irradiated by the white light. A change in retinal electric potential generated thereby is taken out by a ring-shaped electrode 4, and is recorded by an electroretinographic device.
