PURPOSE: To provide the inner circumference of an inner cylinder metal fitting of a cylindrical vibration isolating rubber with a resin collar satisfying an inner diameter tolerance. ;CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical vibration insulating rubber 10 is provided with an iron made outer cylinder 11, and inner cylinder, and a rubber layer 12 for curing-sticking a space formed between the outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 13, a penetrating member (A) such as a pin is inserted in the inner cylinder 13. The inner cylinder 13 is provided with an iron inner cylinder fitting 14, and each inner cylindrical fitting 14 is provided with three penetrating holes 14a on a circumferential surface at 120° intervals, in the axial direction, and at equal spaces. In the inner circumferential surface of the inner cylindrical fitting 14, three belt shaped resin layers 15 are provided between both ends having the width of center angle nearly 60° in the axial direction around the position where the penetrating hole 14a is formed. Square resin layer 16 is provided on a part which encloses the penetrating hole 14a of the outer circumference of the inner cylindrical fitting 14, and connected to the resin layer 15 by resin 17 which is filled in the penetrating hole 14a. Space is provided between resin layers 15, and the space is thereby slightly contracted by cooling hardening after the resin 17 is filled. It is thus possible to enable the deformation of the resin 17 in the circumferential direction, and also it is possible to prevent the forming of space between the inner cylindrical fitting 14 and the resin layer 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
