STRUCTURE FOR HOUSING KAGAMI-MOCHI IN KAGAMI-MOCHI SET

PURPOSE: To simplify a process to the formation of the final product shape as KAGAMI-MOCHI (a pair of mirror-shaped glutinous rice cakes offered to gods on New Year's Day in Japan) set in producing a set of KAGAMI-MOCHI by filling a glutinous rice cake in a softened state in a KAGAMI-MOCHI-shaped tray formed in conformity with the shape of the KAGAMI-MOCHI, hermetically closing the tray, forming the rice cakes into the shape of the KAGAMI-MOCHI, providing a KAGAMI- MOCHI pack, preparing a simple set from the KAGAMI-MOCHI pack and a KAGAMI- MOCHI pedestal carrying the KAGAMI-MOCHI pack thereon for making an offering of the KAGAMI-MOCHI and distributing the simple set through a market. ;CONSTITUTION: This is a structure for housing KAGAMI-MOCHI in order to collect a leg part 2 of KAGAMI-MOCHI pedestal which is a constituent member of the KAGAMI-MOCHI pedestal and a tray part 3 of the KAGAMI-MOCHI pedestal with a KAGAMI-MOCHI pack 6, an ornament, etc. The leg part 2 of the KAGAMI-MOCHI pedestal is housed in a box unit 1 so as to form the surface where an inserting through- hole 4 is formed into the top surface. A KAGAMI-MOCHI-forming part 7 of the KAGAMI-MOCHI pack 6 filled with the rice cake is then inserted into and passed through the inserting through-hole 4 formed in the leg part 2 of the KAGAMI-MOCHI pedestal to close the opening of the box unit 1 with the tray part 3 of the KAGAMI- MOCHI pedestal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
