PURPOSE: To provide a powder jetting ejector capable of making the particle distribution uniform and controlling the particle size without causing the blocking and bridging of the powder, a device and a method for producing base materials for powder coating using the ejector and the base materials thus produced. ;CONSTITUTION: A mixing gas is supplied from the outside of a powder storage container 110 to the powder existing at least on the bottom of the container 110 through the inner wall of the container 110 where a nozzle 120 for jetting the gas and a gas discharging pipe 130 are disposed for mixing the powder in the ejector.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
