DEVICE FOR RECOVERING DEHYDRATED SLUDGE ON FILTER CLOTH AND ELIMINATING CLOGGING OF FILTER CLOTH

PURPOSE: To efficiently recover the sludge sticking on filter cloth over the entire surface of a filter basin and eliminate the clogging of the filter cloth by moving a sludge recovering device and clogging recovering device which respectively have a specific constitution by a stand traveling on tracks across the filter basin. CONSTITUTION: Spaces 15 for housing the device stand 8 are formed on both sides of the filter basin. The liquid between the receiving frames 12 on the lower side of the filter cloth 5 is pumped up by a pump 18 connected to a U-shaped pipe 17 to accelerate the filtration by utilizing a vacuum pressure. The sludge recovering device peels the dehydrated sludge 6 sticking to the filter cloth 5 by bringing a scraper 2 into contact with a rotary cylinder 1 supporting the filter cloth 5 from the lower side and transports the sludge 6 by a screw conveyor 3. On the other hand, the clogging eliminating device is wound around a take-up drum 7 and washes the filter cloth 5 and eliminates its clogging by injecting the pressurized water for washing via a flexible hose which is connected at one end to a pressure water pipe and at the other end to a pipe 4 for washing the filter cloth, respectively.
