CONSTITUTION:On the outer periphery of a packer 7, the tube 11 of resin material to be deformed plastically with internal pressure is externally fitted, and the direction is set by a magnet stand 16, and the tube is inserted up to a specified position into a boring hole 2. After that, from a pump 12, via a hose 13, fluid pressure is applied into the pucker 7, and the tube 11 is pressed-against the inner peripheral surface of the hole 2 having a crack 3, and is plastically deformed, and on the outer peripheral surface of the tube 11, a rugged choke 3a is formed. After that, the tube 11 is taken out, and by the interior state investigation crack-measuring device of the boring hole, the state of the crack is measured.
