PURPOSE:To simplify the rotary operation mechanism of valve by engaging the slide pin of an open/close driving body in the guide groove formed in a fixed inner tube and the drive groove formed in a rotary outer tube. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer tubes 3, 2 are arranged concentrically while adjoining each other with a tubular open/close driving body 1. A slide pin 4 arranged on the open/close driving body 1 is engaged with a guide groove B formed in the outer circumference of the inner tube 3 and a drive groove A formed in the inner circumference of the outer tube 2. The outer tube 2 is rotated by a motor 7 through a drive wheel 6. The guide groove B comprises a vertical section B2 and a horizontal section B1 while the drive groove A comprises an inclining section A1 and a vertical section A2. By such arrangement, the open/close driving body 1 can be rotated vertically through rotation of the outer tube 2.
