PURPOSE:To improve the workability in the formation of a seal to be adoptable for on-line operation by a technique wherein two specified organopolysiloxane liquids are sent to a prescribed mixing chamber where they are mixed, and the mixture is ejected onto the surface of an object for sealing and cured. CONSTITUTION:A liquid A, which comprises a mixture of an organopolysiloxane having terminal groups of the formula (wherein X is a hydrolyzable group; R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; (n) is 1 or 0) and a condensation catalyst, and a liquid B, which comprises an organopolysiloxane having at least two silanol groups in the molecule, are sent separately and each in an approximately equal amount to a mixing chamber which is equipped therein with a rotor having grooves cut on the surface and has a nozzle formed on the bottom, where they are mixed together. The mixture is then ejected through the nozzle onto the surface of an object for sealing and cured, thus forming a sealing material.
