PURPOSE: To affix a photograph or the like in such a manner that a longitudinal and a lateral sides thereof are respectively made parallel to a longitudinal and a lateral sides at target positions of a picture frame, by inscribing respective bisectors of the longitudinal side and lateral sides of the picture frame, further points for dividing the longitudinal side in (n) equal parts and the lateral side in (m) equal parts in a rear side frame of the picture frame. ;CONSTITUTION: In a rear side frame 1 of a picture frame, a bisector 3 of a longitudinal side of the picture frame, a bisector 4 of the same, points 5 for dividing the longitudinal side of the same in (n) equal, parts, and points 6 for dividing the lateral side of the same in (m) equal parts are inscribed. By facing a rear side of the picture frame upwards to remove a rear lid, a photograph or the like whereon the respective bisectors of the longitudinal side and lateral side are inscribed on its rear side is placed on the glass plate, fixing a position designating tool for the photograph or the like for the longitudinal side and a position designating tool for the same for the lateral side on respective positions of the rear side frame of the picture frame or the like in a state that strings are stretched in a straight line, and superposing the respective bisectors inscribed on the rear side of the photograph or the like under the strings of respective position designating tools, the photograph or the like can be easily received.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
