PURPOSE:To reduce operation time by facilitating the operation of drawing the total sum in a deposit account. CONSTITUTION:At the time of desiring to draw the total sum in a deposit account, a customer depresses a total sum specifying key 1 instead of inputting the sum at the time of inputting the sum in a paying transaction. This specifies the intention of receiving the total sum to the sum specifying section of a paying telegraphic message. This paying telegraphic message is transmitted to a host computer 7 through a communication line 8 by a communication control part 2. The host computer 7 investigates the remainder of the deposit account to calculate a maximum payable sum and executes the paying transaction of the sum. This result is received by the communication control part 2 through the communication line 8. A total sum transaction part 3 sends the cash of the received paying sum from a cash processing part 14 to the customer, and a printing part 12 prints the result of the paying transaction to a bankbook, etc. As the result of this, the total sum of the deposit remainder can be drawn with a single transaction processing.
