摘要

PURPOSE: To measure characteristics such as abrasion resistance, a friction coefficient, and a lubrication property of an outer circumferential face of a cylindrical object such as a VTR head drum, a drum of a copying machine or a laser printer, a spindler of a sewing machine, and a reel of a fishing rod. ;CONSTITUTION: A sample 1, which is a cylindrical object, and a relative sample 2, which is a flexible material, are installed. The subject device is provided with an installation unit measuring tension, a motor control unit controlling the installation unit, an amplifier electrically connected to the tension measuring device in an installation measuring unit, and a computer which is programmed so as to record the rotational speed of the motor in the motor control unit and the tension measurement value in every time. The installation unit, in which the sample 1 is positioned, comprises a motor whose rotational speed can be controlled precisely, a tension measuring device to which both ends of the relative sample 2 surrounding the circumference of the cylindrical sample 1 partially are installed, and a supporting base on which the tension measuring device is installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
