PURPOSE:To extremely make a device easy to hold and simultaneously to prevent the rotation of an input means disturbed by part of a hand holding a display part by linking the input means with the display part rotatably freely, and forming the width dimension and the thickness dimension of the input means smaller than that of the display part. CONSTITUTION:The input means 4 on the front and back planes of which keyboards 4a1, 4b1 are provided is provided, and the input means 4 is linked to the display part 3 rotatably freely setting a direction almost intersecting orthogonally to the lower side plane of the display part 3 on one plane of which a display 3a is formed as a rotary shaft center. The width dimension and the thickness dimension of the input means 4 is formed smaller than that of the display part 3, respectively. Therefore, the device can be easily held, and simultaneously, the rotation of the input means 4 can be prevented disturbed by part of the hand holding the display part 3. In such a way, the holding capability and the operability of the device when the keyboard is switched can be improved.
