PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for continuously manufacturing a metal matrix fiber reinforced composite plate capable of being used as a structural member, a functional member or the like. ;CONSTITUTION: The molten metal 30 is filled in a heated die 12 by a molten metal feeding device 25 by closing a die 13 on the outlet side while the reinforcing fiber 29 is continuously fed by a fiber feeding device 26 between three-staged dies 11, 12, 13 movable in the direction D of the plate thickness. After the molten metal 30 is solidified while being impregnated in the reinforcing fiber 29 by closing the die 11 on the inlet side and realizing the pressurization with the die 12 at the central part, this cooled and solidified part is sent to the die 13 on the outlet side to be cooled, and the control is realized by a control device 28 so as to repeat the filling of the molten metal 30 by opening the die 11 on the inlet side.
