STRUCTURE OF WALL IN WALL STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE:To prevent cracks, by leaving form materials made of glass fiber- reinforced plastics and forming the materials together with the wall body, in a concrete structure having cast-in-place wall bodies. CONSTITUTION:A form material 6 made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic is constituted of a pair of right and left reversely erected L-shaped form material pieces 6A, 6B. Next, reinforcements 3 are erected along the lengthwise direction of a concrete road 1. Anchors 4 are buried at the same time with the placing concrete work to fix retaining rails 5 in the road 1. Then the lower end part is inserted in the rails 5 to hold it and a form material 6 is installed so as to surround the reinforcements 3 and form material pieces 6A, 6B are joined together with a retaining material 11 of the distance. Then concrete is placed and after curing, the form material is left therein. In this way, the concrete does not directly contact the outside air and hence, the neutralization is prevented and the reinforcements 3 do not rust and hence, concrete cracks are prevented.
