PURPOSE: To perform frequency division to the signals of the frequency of a wide band by providing a loop delay time control part for detecting the frequency information of input signals and controlling loop delay time corresponding to the detected result. ;CONSTITUTION: The input signals received at one of the input terminals of a mixer 1 are inputted through a filter part 2 to an amplifier 3 and inputted from the output terminal of the amplifier 3 to the other input terminal of the mixer 1. Also, by a loop delay time variable part 4 interposed in a transmission line inside a closed loop from the output terminal of the amplifier 3 to the other input terminal of the mixer 1, the delay time of the closed loop is changed. The frequency information of the input signals is detected and the loop delay time variable by the loop delay time variable part 4 is controlled corresponding to the detected result in the loop delay time control part 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
