Prefabricated block 1 of innovative shape acting as a vanishing form for reinforced cement structures 10, 11, made of any type of consistent material and characterised by a particular geometrical shape which allows a modular assembly able to form support walls, slabs, roofing structures, foundations, and other similar structures. Said geometrical conformation of the blocks, furthermore, allows the creation of cavities 4, 6 passing at least along two directions in order to install the metal reinforcements 12 and perform the pouring of reinforced concrete or another suitable bonding agent, said pouring not requiring any form, since said blocks already function as a form.
