The implement comprises a working aggregate (3, 4) and a carrier frame (2) carrying the working aggregate (3, 4) and being adapted to be connected with the lift of a tractor (1), the working aggregate (3, 4) being in a working position carried to one side outside the track of the tractor (1). The carrier frame (2) carries a counterweight (6; 7) adapted at least partially to counterbalance the working aggregate (3, 4) at least when it is carried in the working position and at least relative to the longitudinal axis of the tractor (1).
