The present invention relates to a method for producing a conventional nutrient soy sauce based on soybean boiled water, which is prepared by mixing whole wheat flour and barley brown rice flour into boiled water, and mixing an appropriate amount of green pepper powder and salt to produce an old miso-rich, miso-free soybean paste.
