The method for restoring cancelled reserved recording program comprises the steps of checking the input of a restoring key, inputting a numeral key corresponding to a line number when a reserved recording confirm screen is displayed and cancelling the reserved recording program; displaying a CLEAR character to the cancelled line number when the reserved recording program cancelling step is processed and storing the cancelled reserved program data to a RAM; inputting a numeral key corresponding to the cancelled line number when a restoring key input recording confirm screen is displayed and restoring the reserved recording program data which has been stored at the RAM; and displaying the restored program to the line number when the reserved recording program restoring step is processed.
