The present invention provides liposomes containing lipid substances, and compositions for genetic engineering, containing adenovirus (AAV) substances. Typically, the AAV material is a plasmid and is included as the terminal repeating unit of the AAV genome. The present invention describes a method of introducing a genetic material into a cell by using an AAV liposome. Thus, genetic material is introduced and integrated into hepatocytes, T cells, primitive tumor cells or tumor cell lines.
