The toilet seat (3) in the area opposite to the water feed (4) and the dirty water outlet (5) on the upper edge (2) of the basin (1) is pivotably fixed around a horizontal axis (A). In the opposite area to the fixture is an inflow funnel open at its upper edge, to which connects a conduit (7) with an outlet (8) leading in the area of the fixture into the toilet basin. The toilet seat has a flat upper side (31) and the inflow funnel is arranged on the lower side (32) of the seat, being so formed that it extends into the interior of the toilet basin when the seat is located on the basin. The toilet seat is divided into two sections.
