A cooling device (9) supplies coolant to the evaporator (10), while the drink flows through a cooling pipe (3) in the cooling water tank (1). A tapping insert (8) is fitted to the mouth of a drink tank. A hose (6) has one end coupled to the insert, while its other end is coupled to the cooling pipe end at the side on which the drink is supplied. A tapping cock (5) is coupled to the cooling pipe on the drink discharge side, while a stirrer (12) mixes the tank cooling water. The tapping insert, the hose, the cooling pipe, and the tapping cock are integrated to form a drink tapping unit (210).
