Selective concn. of leucocytes (L) from a blood prod. sample comprises passing the liq. sample through a selective sorbent for L having a sorption-active component (A) that can be solubilised. Also new is an appts. for this process comprising a selective sorbent on a filter plate or packed into a sieve.
