The displaced mass part of the tool head is displaced from the axis of rotation (23), with an adjustment of the eccentric sleeve (3) along a circle, corresp. to the radius of the eccentricity (e) of the eccentric sleeve. A balancing mass (mg, mg) is respectively arranged at the basic body (1) and at the eccentric sleeve, which essentially produces an out of balance with the amount of the product from the displaced mass part and the eccentricity.So that in the determined balanced position of the eccentric sleeve located in the adjusting range of the balancing mass (mg), lies at the basic body, in the radial direction of the eccentricity of the inner bore (5) of the eccentric sleeve.
